Gina graduated from Marymount University with a Bachelor's in Business Administration. With over 25 years of experience in preparing taxes and providing accounting solutions, she is well-equipped to assist clients. Gina is an Enrolled Agent (EA), an Accredited Tax Preparer (ATA), and an Accredited Tax Advisor (ATA). Additionally, she is a Fellow of the National Tax Practice Institute, and an active member of the National Association of Tax Preparers (NATP), National Society of Accountants (NSA), and the National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA), further enhancing her expertise in tax consulting and business development.

Walt leads the Business Development services of KBS, bringing over 25 years of experience in operations, business development, acquisition, and strategic planning across various business levels. He has held leadership positions from frontline management to senior executive roles. For the past 7 years, his focus has been on developing new business services, expanding facilities for core services, and pursuing small business acquisitions, including innovative accounting solutions and tax consulting. Walt earned his undergraduate business degree from California University of Pennsylvania and his MBA from the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh.

Sue has been providing exceptional accounting solutions in the tax and accounting field for over 45 years. She is recognized as an Enrolled Agent (EA), an Accredited Tax Preparer (ATP), and an Accredited Tax Advisor (ATA). As a Fellow of the National Tax Practice Institute, she actively participates in professional organizations such as the National Society of Enrolled Agents (NAEA), the National Society of Tax Preparers (NATP), the National Society of Accountants (NSA), and the American Society of Tax Problem Solvers (ASTPS). Her extensive experience also supports her expertise in business development and tax consulting.
